Ship an impression.

No scanner, no problem. Send a PVS impression, stone model, or bite registration. We scan it in-house.

Complete an Rx form for each case. Need one? Email lab@integra.dental and we’ll send it over.

Impression, model, and bite registration, packed so nothing shifts in transit.

Send it our way

FedEx, UPS, and USPS all work. In the Bellevue and Seattle area, call us to coordinate free pickup.

We take it from there
