This website is operated by Nova Dental LLC, doing business as Integra Dental. Throughout this document, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Nova Dental LLC. Integra Dental operates the website at integra.dental and provides laboratory fabrication services, lab-to-lab milling and design services, and CAD/CAM equipment and materials distribution. By visiting this site and/or engaging any of our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. These terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, vendors, and service recipients.

Please read these terms carefully before engaging our services. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use this website or engage our services.

1. Services

Integra Dental provides three categories of services: (a) custom dental laboratory fabrication services for licensed dental practitioners, including crown, bridge, implant, and full-arch restoration production; (b) lab-to-lab milling, sintering, and CAD design services for dental laboratories; and (c) sales of Arum CAD/CAM milling equipment, Asiga printers, dental materials, consumables, and related products as an authorized distributor. All laboratory and milling services are performed on a custom-to-order basis. No standardized or pre-manufactured restorations are sold through this service.

2. Eligibility and Ordering

Laboratory fabrication services are available exclusively to licensed dental practitioners and authorized dental professionals operating within the scope of their professional license. Lab-to-lab milling and design services are available to licensed dental laboratories. Equipment and materials may be purchased by dental laboratories, dental practices, and qualifying institutional buyers. By submitting a case or placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to receive such services under applicable law.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information for all orders and case submissions, including shade specifications, material preferences, implant system and connection type, patient data sufficient to complete the case, and a current billing address and payment information. Integra Dental reserves the right to decline, cancel, or suspend service to any account where information is incomplete, inaccurate, or in violation of these terms.

3. Pricing and Payment

Published pricing for laboratory and milling services is posted at integra.dental and reflects the standard rate per case type. Volume pricing for qualifying accounts is negotiated separately and confirmed in writing before application. Integra Dental reserves the right to update published pricing at any time. Price changes apply to orders submitted after the effective date of the change and do not affect previously confirmed cases.

Payment for services and equipment is due as specified at the time of ordering. Integra Dental accepts payment via methods made available through the site or as otherwise agreed in writing. You agree to maintain current, valid payment information on file. Integra Dental may suspend or terminate service access in the event of non-payment or repeated payment failure.

Occasionally, information on this site may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to pricing, product descriptions, or availability. Integra Dental reserves the right to correct any such errors and to update or cancel orders where information was demonstrably inaccurate, without prior notice.

4. Production, Turnaround, and Delivery

Stated turnaround times for laboratory and milling services are estimates based on standard production schedules and are confirmed at the time of case acceptance. Integra Dental will make reasonable efforts to meet confirmed turnaround timelines. Integra Dental is not liable for delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate case submissions, third-party carrier delays, equipment failure, or other circumstances outside of direct operational control.

Risk of loss and title for finished restorations and physical products pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. Integra Dental ships via FedEx and UPS with tracking. Customers are responsible for ensuring a delivery address capable of receiving shipments. Integra Dental is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged after delivery confirmation.

5. Intellectual Property and Design Files

Design files submitted to Integra Dental for milling or design-only services remain the intellectual property of the submitting party. Integra Dental uses submitted design files solely for the purpose of fulfilling the requested service and does not retain, share, or reproduce submitted design files for any other purpose without explicit written consent.

All content on integra.dental, including but not limited to text, photography, service descriptions, and branding, is the property of Nova Dental LLC and may not be reproduced, copied, or redistributed without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nova Dental LLC, its owners, employees, agents, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, or replacement costs, arising from the use of our services, the performance or non-performance of any restoration, or any other matter related to your use of integra.dental or our services, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Integra Dental’s total liability for any claim arising from laboratory or milling services is limited to the invoice value of the specific case at issue. Integra Dental’s total liability for any claim arising from equipment or materials sales is limited to the purchase price of the specific product at issue.

Integra Dental does not warrant that laboratory restorations will be suitable for any specific patient clinical situation beyond what is communicated in the prescription. The treating practitioner retains clinical responsibility for patient assessment, preparation adequacy, and restoration placement.

7. Privacy

Your submission of information through this site is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at integra.dental/privacy-policy. By using this site, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in that policy. Any patient data submitted to Integra Dental for the purpose of case fabrication is used solely to fulfill the requested service and is handled in accordance with applicable privacy law.

8. Returns and Refunds

All returns, remake requests, and refund claims are governed by the Integra Dental Refund and Returns Policy, available at integra.dental. That policy is incorporated by reference into these Terms of Service.

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not use this site or our services for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful or fraudulent content, to impersonate another person or entity, to circumvent security features of the site, to engage in any conduct that could damage or impair the functionality of the site or services, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data associated with integra.dental. Integra Dental reserves the right to terminate access for any user who violates these prohibitions.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of Integra Dental services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in King County, Washington.

11. Changes to Terms

Integra Dental reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to integra.dental. Your continued use of the site or services following a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
