Shipping Policy

Outbound Shipping
Completed dental restorations are shipped via FedEx or UPS to the practice address on file. Standard shipping is included in all orders. Priority overnight shipping is available upon request and may be subject to an additional charge. We ship Monday through Friday. Orders completed and ready by 3:00 PM Pacific will ship same day where possible.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available at our facility at 35 148th Ave SE Suite 10, Bellevue, WA 98007 by appointment. Contact us at (425) 736-9381 or hello@integra.dental to arrange pickup.
Inbound Case Submission
Digital cases should be submitted electronically via our case submission portal, email, or 3Shape Communicate. Physical impressions, models, or components should be shipped to our facility address. We recommend using a trackable shipping method with adequate packaging for physical case materials. We are not responsible for cases damaged or lost in transit to our facility.
Turnaround Time
Standard turnaround is five business days from confirmed digital file receipt or receipt of physical case materials at our facility. Turnaround time begins when we have everything needed to begin fabrication. Rush cases may be available upon request — contact us to confirm availability and timeline.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If a shipment from Integra Dental arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of receipt at hello@integra.dental or (425) 736-9381. Photograph the packaging and damaged items before discarding. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and arrange remakes as appropriate.
