ARUM A7 and A7L milling machines side by side against a concrete wall

ARUM · New for 2026

A7. The master standard.

High-rigidity 5-axis milling built for metal, day and night. Add the loader on the A7L and it runs 72 premills unattended.

Look closer.

Titanium frameworks and premill abutments, milled wet, straight from the chamber.

Inside the ARUM A7 chamber, milling a full-arch titanium framework from a disc

Metal

Titanium, faster.

A 3.6 kW spindle on a high-rigidity frame that damps vibration through long cycles. ARUM’s metal expertise trims average milling time by up to 15%, with the finish titanium and cobalt-chrome frameworks demand.

Titanium, Co-Cr, and Ni-Cr discs. Titanium premills. Ceramics and resins when the schedule calls for them.

Close-up of the ARUM A7 Zero Point clamping mechanism

Zero Point System

Swap the jig. Keep the zero.

Every cartridge locks in with 1.5 kN of clamping force, so the origin repeats exactly after each jig change. Same position, same quality, shift after shift.

OCC Milling Auto Calibration, a world first from ARUM, compensates the reference coordinates inside the OCC area of round bars automatically.

Disc jigs stacked in the ARUM A7L automatic loader, zirconia and metal discs ready to mill

A7L

Seventy-two premills. No babysitting.

The A7L adds an automatic loader with 12 jig positions and changes them itself. Queue up to 72 premills and let it run through the night, holding the same precision at hour 24 as at hour one.

Same spindle, same frame, same Zero Point clamping. Just more of the day put to work.

Digital dentures

Dentures, dialed in.

ARUM’s exclusive Dual Zero-Fit technology, working with ApexMill CAM, minimizes bonding-layer discrepancies for more precise digital denture milling.

About Master Fix

Implant bars

Titanium and Co-Cr bars from disc, for full-arch cases that cannot flex.

Screw-retained bridges

Frameworks and full-contour bridges with clean screw channels.

Custom & hybrid abutments

Titanium premills, 72 at a time on the A7L.

Thimbles, copings & bridges

Metal substructures and zirconia units from the same queue.

Inlays, onlays & bite splints

Glass ceramic from the cartridge, PMMA and resin from disc.
