A digital dental production operation in Bellevue, WA, structured as three divisions serving three distinct audiences: doctors, dental labs, and equipment buyers. Every division operates from the same production floor, on the same equipment, managed by the same owner.
What It Runs
Everything is in-house. No case is outsourced to another facility. No production step is completed by a third party. Raw material enters the building as a puck or blank and leaves as a finished, sintered restoration.

Before acquiring Integra, Phillip spent years as a hands-on CAD/CAM specialist — setting up, troubleshooting, training, and optimizing digital workflows for dental labs domestically and internationally. He came from the production floor, not from the business side of dentistry. He has pulled failed titanium blanks out of a mill, diagnosed toolpath errors at the CAM level, recalibrated spindles, and trained technicians on equipment he had already run thousands of hours on.
That background is the reason the lab runs the way it does. The production workflow was designed by someone who understands where things go wrong, not by someone who read the equipment manual and delegated the setup. Direct owner access on every case is not a customer service policy — it is the natural result of the owner being the person most qualified to answer the question.

Full-service digital dental laboratory for doctors. Implant crowns, zirconia restorations, full-arch prosthetics, surgical guides and models. Published pricing. Five-day turnaround. Direct owner access on every case.
Integra Dental | Milling Center
For Dental Labs
Lab-to-lab milling center. Production-only model — no doctor-facing sales, no client solicitation. Full-arch zirconia, single-unit, multi-unit, and custom titanium abutments. In-house milling and sintering. PNW location with local pickup available.
Integra Dental | Equipment
Equipment Buyers
Authorized Arum distributor. Milling machines, consumables, and Arena Star zirconia sold by an operator running the same equipment in daily production. Setup, training, and ongoing technical support from the production floor.
