FAQ

Integra Dental — FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions.

Common questions about our lab, milling center, and equipment division. If you don’t see what you need — call us.

Lab & Design

Do I need to set up an account to send a case?

No. Send a file and a prescription to hello@integra.dental and we handle the rest. First-order setup happens during your first case — we collect billing information and shipping address at that point. No portal login or pre-registration required.

What digital file formats do you accept?

3Shape order export (.zip) is preferred. We also accept Exocad project files (.constructioninfo), open STL files with upper and lower scans and margin markings, and Millbox project files on request. Physical impressions and stone models are accepted for cases requiring traditional scanning.

What is the standard turnaround?

Five business days from confirmed digital file receipt for standard crown and bridge cases. Full-arch zirconia cases are also five business days. E.max pressed cases run five business days. If you have a specific seating date, include it in your prescription and we will flag any conflicts before production begins.

What zirconia do you use?

We use premium multilayer gradient zirconia on every restoration — no standard HT, no upselling. The gradient blank produces a natural cervical-to-incisal color transition in monolithic form. We do not offer a “basic” zirconia tier. Every case gets the same material.

Do you accept physical impressions?

Yes. Ship impressions or stone models to 35 148th Ave SE, Suite 10, Bellevue, WA 98007. We scan in-house and proceed with the digital workflow from there. Include a printed prescription with the case.

Is design included in the price?

Yes. Design is included in every lab case price on our fee schedule. We do not charge separately for CAD design time on restoration cases.

Milling Center

Will you contact our doctors or patients?

No. Integra Dental | Milling Center is a production-only service. We mill, sinter, and return the case to your lab. Your brand stays on the case. We do not communicate with your doctors or patients under any circumstances.

What materials can you mill for us?

Multilayer gradient zirconia (crown and bridge, full-arch), PMMA provisionals and full-arch hybrids, titanium custom abutments, and wax for E.max lost-wax press. We can also provide design services on a lab-to-lab basis if you send scans and we return a finalized STL for you to mill or use as-is.

Is there a minimum order?

No minimums. Send one unit or send a full month of production — each job is priced per unit on our rate sheet.

Equipment

Are you an authorized Arum dealer?

Yes. Integra Dental is an authorized Arum CAD/CAM distributor, contracted in March 2025. We sell and support the full Arum line — milling machines, CAM software, consumables, and prosthetics components — with full manufacturer warranty and support backing.

Does the machine come with installation and training?

Yes. Every machine purchase includes on-site installation, calibration, and operator training. We run two Arum 5X-200s in our own lab daily — training is delivered by someone who operates the same equipment in production, not a factory-certified rep who read the manual.

Is financing available?

Yes. Equipment financing and leasing options are available through healthcare lending partners. When you request a quote we can walk through typical terms for the machine you are evaluating and connect you with lender contacts.

Still have a question?

Call or email directly. We respond same business day.
