Phillip Manchik

Phillip leads Integra Dental Design with a background uncommon among dental lab owners. Before acquiring Integra, he spent years as a certified CAD/CAM specialist — setting up, troubleshooting, training, and optimizing digital workflows for hundreds of dental labs across the U.S. and internationally.

Building on Integra’s foundation of craftsmanship, he applies that system-level CAD/CAM and production expertise as owner and lab manager to deliver precise, predictable, and consistently high-quality restorations. His work is guided by a commitment to excellence, diligence, and integrity in every restoration.
