How It Works — First Order

No portal login. No vendor onboarding. Email us a file and we handle the rest. Here is exactly what that looks like.

01 — Send the File

Email hello@integra.dental with your design file and a brief prescription. Accepted formats: 3Shape order zip, Exocad project file, or open STL. Include material, shade or color code, unit type, and any occlusal or margin notes.

02 — We Confirm and Mill

We review the file, confirm receipt, and flag anything that needs clarification before production. Milling runs on our Arum 5X-200 equipment. Zirconia cases are sintered in our Dekema furnace. Full quality check before packaging.

03 — Return Under Your Brand

Shipped back to your lab via FedEx or UPS. Your packaging, your label, your brand on the case. We invoice Integra Dental to you at lab-to-lab rates. Your doctor relationship stays intact.

Accepted Formats & Requirements

File Formats

3Shape order export (.zip) — preferred
Exocad project file (.constructioninfo)
Open STL with upper, lower, and margin files
Millbox project files accepted on request

Prescription Required

Material and shade or color code
Unit type (crown, bridge, abutment, etc.)
Occlusal scheme or bite notes if relevant
Return date if you have a specific deadline

Multilayer gradient zirconia — standard and high-strength
Monolithic full-arch zirconia
PMMA (acrylic provisionals and full-arch hybrids)
Titanium custom abutments
Wax for E.max lost-wax press

Turnaround

Standard: five business days from confirmed file receipt
Custom abutments: five business days
