Set up by someone who runs the machine.
Every Arum machine purchased through Integra Dental includes installation, calibration, and operator training. This is not vendor-delivered box-drop delivery. Phillip Manchik runs two Arum 5X-200s in daily production and trains on the same equipment you are receiving.
What Is Included with Every Purchase
Machine delivery is the beginning, not the end. Getting a milling machine producing consistent results requires calibration, tooling setup, software configuration, and operator familiarity with the workflow. We cover all of it.
Installation
Physical placement, leveling, and infrastructure connection — compressed air, water supply for wet-milling units, and electrical verification. We check all axis movements, spindle function, and coolant system before the first tool is loaded.
Calibration
ApexMill software configuration, tool length offset calibration, material-specific milling parameter setup, and a validation run with production material before handoff. You receive a calibrated machine, not a factory-default one.
Operator Training
Hands-on training covering the full production workflow: CAD-to-mill file preparation, nesting, job queue management, tooling changes, coolant maintenance, and sintering protocol if applicable. Enough to run cases independently from day one.
Ongoing Support
Post-installation support is available by phone and email. Milling parameter questions, tooling wear troubleshooting, software issues, and workflow optimization — all handled directly. If a machine issue requires a service technician, we coordinate the Arum service response on your behalf.
Service Area
On-site installation and training available throughout Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Northern California. Remote support available nationally. For buyers outside the Pacific Northwest region, we coordinate with Arum USA for local installation where needed and handle remote training and calibration directly.
