5-axis mill spindle cutting a restoration from a disc under coolant

Laboratory

Surgery day, covered.

Same-day conversions for immediate load. Planned before you scrub in, milled while you work.

Three moves. One day.

An immediate-load case is won before the surgery starts. Here is how we run it.

Plan it together

Before surgery day, we walk the case with you, the arch, the design, the handoffs. Everyone knows the plan before the first incision.

We hold the mill slot

Same-day mill slots stay open for cases accepted up to 3:00 PM PT. On a planned surgery day, yours is reserved and waiting.

Load the same day

The provisional comes off the mill, gets finished by hand, and is delivered for day-of-surgery load.

Provisionals

Milled while you work.

While you place implants, we mill. PMMA provisionals cut on our own 5-axis mills, in our own building, no couriers between design and machine, no waiting on someone else’s queue.

The full-arch protocol

Quality

Seated on the model first.

Every provisional is seated, articulated, and checked at the bench before it leaves. Fit and occlusion are confirmed here, so chairside time goes to the patient, not the prosthesis.
