Full-arch zirconia bridge presented in its case at Integra Dental

Laboratory

Full-arch, from try-in to final.

PMMA provisionals, verified try-ins, and final zirconia. Designed digitally, finished by hand, all under one roof.

The workflow

Try in. Verify. Then final.

No arch goes final on a guess. The patient wears the plan first.

Try-in

A milled PMMA provisional puts the proposed arch in the mouth. Esthetics, function, and speech, evaluated where it counts, not on a screen.

Verify

Adjust the try-in chairside and send it back. Every change is carried into the design, so the final matches what the patient approved.

Final zirconia

The verified shape becomes the definitive restoration, full-arch zirconia, milled here and finished by hand.

Provisionals

Prove it in PMMA.

A provisional is not a placeholder. It is the rehearsal for the final, milled from solid PMMA, sturdy enough to wear, accurate enough to trust as the blueprint. What the patient approves is exactly what we build.

Verification

Checked on the articulator. Then checked again.

Before anything ships, the arch is seated on articulated models and worked through: occlusion, contacts, path of insertion. A full-arch case leaves this lab when it is right, not when it is due.

Surgery day

When the schedule can’t slip.

Immediate-load days run on the clock, so we plan the case with you before the first incision. Cases accepted by 3:00 PM PT can take a same-day mill slot, and a person here answers the phone while your patient is in the chair.
