Lost-Wax Pressed Lithium Disilicate
Wax pattern milled from digital design, invested and pressed using E.max ingots — the same lost-wax process used for our crowns. Lithium disilicate delivers exceptional fit, wear characteristics compatible with natural enamel, and optical properties that match surrounding tooth structure naturally. The preferred material for posterior inlays and onlays where esthetics and durability both matter.

Zirconia Inlay / Onlay

Premium Multilayer Zirconia
Milled from our standard premium multilayer gradient zirconia. Higher fracture resistance than E.max — appropriate for high-load posterior situations, parafunctional patients, or cases where the clinician prefers zirconia as the go-to material across all indirect restoration types.

Why Indirect
Indirect inlays and onlays preserve more tooth structure than full crowns and outperform direct composite in longevity, wear resistance, and contact integrity for larger cavitations. For Class II MOD preparations and cusp-replacing situations, a pressed E.max or milled zirconia indirect restoration is the standard of care at most practices.
Submission
Send the digital case file (STL prep scan, bite, and opposing). Specify material, shade, and whether it is an inlay or onlay. Include occlusal contact preferences in the case notes. Five-day turnaround from confirmed file receipt.
