Appliance Types
Hard Acrylic Night Guard
Milled PMMA
CAD/CAM milled from PMMA disc. Precise occlusal surface, consistent thickness, and excellent durability. The preferred choice for bruxism patients requiring maximum wear resistance. Specify arch (maxillary or mandibular) and desired thickness. Digital impressions accepted — STL files preferred.
Soft Night Guard
Vacuum-formed
Vacuum-formed soft EVA material. Patient-comfortable and appropriate for mild to moderate bruxism or clenching where hard acrylic compliance is a concern. Specify thickness (typically 3mm or 4mm) and arch.
Dual-Laminate
Hard outer / soft inner
Hard acrylic occlusal surface with a soft inner lining for patient comfort and retention. Combines the wear resistance of a hard splint with the comfort of soft material. The most commonly prescribed appliance for patients who have rejected hard-only appliances.
Occlusal Splint / NTI
Anterior deprogrammer
Anterior bite stop / deprogrammer appliance for TMD and occlusal therapy. Covers anterior teeth only, disengages posterior contacts. Contact us with your specific design requirements — we work from your STL and prescription.
What to Send
Digital scan STL files (upper and lower) from any intraoral scanner. Specify arch, appliance type, thickness preference, and any occlusal design notes. If you have a specific prescription format, include it in the case notes. Physical impressions can also be sent to the lab if digital workflow is not yet in place.
Pricing
See the full fee schedule for current pricing on all appliance types. Pricing is per arch. Turnaround is five business days from confirmed digital file or impression receipt.
