Workflow Solutions — Integra Dental Equipment

Equipment, setup, and ongoing
digital workflow support —
from someone who runs it daily.

Integra Dental is an authorized Arum CAD/CAM distributor that operates the same equipment it sells in daily clinical production. Equipment recommendations, workflow setup, scanner sourcing, and ongoing support all come from production experience — not a manufacturer’s sales catalog. For practices and labs that want to build or improve a digital workflow, Integra Dental can supply the hardware, set it up, and support the operation long-term.

Workflow Solutions

Four ways Integra Dental supports your digital workflow.

Whether a practice needs a printer for chairside provisional production, a lab needs milling equipment, or a practice is building a full digital workflow from scratch, Integra Dental can supply equipment, install it, train the team, and provide design services as an ongoing partner. These offerings work independently or together depending on what the practice or lab currently has in place.

Offering 1

Asiga MAX UV Printer

The Asiga MAX UV is a high-resolution DLP printer for dental applications — surgical guides, diagnostic models, and chairside provisional prosthetics. It is the same system used in Integra Dental’s production facility. Integra Dental can supply the Asiga MAX UV to practices and labs that need in-house printing capability, either as a standalone purchase or as part of a complete day-of-surgery workflow setup.

For practices implementing the day-of-surgery immediate load workflow, the Asiga MAX UV is the required printer for chairside provisional production. Integra Dental can supply the printer, recommend compatible provisional resins, and confirm the full print protocol as part of the workflow setup.

Asiga MAX UV Applications

Day-of-surgery provisionals

Full-arch provisional printed chairside from a design delivered by Integra Dental within minutes of the post-placement scan.

Surgical guides

CBCT-integrated implant surgical guides printed in-house at the practice, from designs produced by Integra Dental or an in-house planning workflow.

Diagnostic models

Digital study models and diagnostic casts printed from intraoral scan data without physical impressions.

Offering 2

Intraoral Scanner

For practices that want to participate in the day-of-surgery immediate load workflow or transition to a fully digital case submission process but do not yet have an intraoral scanner, Integra Dental can source compatible intraoral scanning systems. The scanner must be capable of exporting STL or DCM format for immediate file transmission.

If your practice already has an intraoral scanner, contact us to confirm compatibility before implementing the day-of-surgery workflow. Most current scanners from major manufacturers export in formats that work with Integra Dental’s submission process without additional software.

Scanner Requirements for Integra Dental Workflow

STL or DCM export capability required. 3Shape Communicate integration preferred for day-of-surgery cases. Email attachment submission also accepted. Most current scanners from major manufacturers are compatible — contact us to confirm before purchasing if unsure.

If your practice does not have an intraoral scanner and wants to transition to digital case submission, contact Integra Dental to discuss compatible scanner options before purchasing. Scanner recommendations are based on clinical use case and budget — not on what generates the highest margin for the distributor.

Offering 3

Workflow Setup & Training

For practices and labs implementing a digital workflow for the first time, or improving an existing one, Integra Dental provides workflow consultation and setup support. This includes an assessment of existing equipment, confirmation of software compatibility, protocol design for case submission and return, and initial training for chairside staff on the submission and printing workflow.

Workflow setup and consulting is available as part of an equipment purchase or independently. For practices implementing the day-of-surgery immediate load protocol, workflow setup is a standard part of the arrangement — the protocol is confirmed and tested before the first surgery date.

The consulting perspective is grounded in six-plus years of running the same workflows in production — including troubleshooting equipment issues, training technicians, and managing digital case intake across hundreds of accounts at a prior role. This is not a generic onboarding checklist. It is production-specific guidance from someone who operates the workflow daily.

What Workflow Setup Covers

Equipment compatibility assessment

Software and file format confirmation

Case submission and return protocol

Chairside staff training on scan submission and printing workflow

Day-of-surgery protocol testing before first live case

Ongoing support as the design partner on production cases
